Gentle, steady heat soothes stiff joints and tired muscles. That's why so many owners of senior pets turn it on during chilly mornings and after walks. It's a comfort aid, not a treatment, so if your pet has arthritis or ongoing pain, keep your vet in the loop.

It runs on low-voltage 5V USB power, and the built-in timer switches it off automatically after 2–10 hours. For seniors, start on a lower heat level and place the mat where they can easily step off if they get too warm. This matters most for pets who don't move around much.

It comes in one size: 30 × 35 cm (11.8 × 13.8 in, about 1 × 1.1 ft). That's right for cats and small dogs who like to curl up, and it slides into most beds, crates and baskets.

Plug the USB cable into any 5V / 2A source, like a phone wall adapter, a power bank or a laptop. The mat draws 10W, so it costs very little to run, even overnight.

Unplug the controller first, then spot-clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap and remove fur with a lint roller. Let it dry fully before plugging it back in. For pets prone to accidents, a thin washable blanket on top makes cleanup quick and still lets the warmth through.
